Cancellation Policy
Booking/Cancellation/No Show Policy for Sears Counseling 1. Booking Policy: - Clients can book appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. - All bookings must be made through the designated booking system or platform provided by Sears Counseling. 2. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the appointment. - Clients are responsible for managing their appointments and must cancel through the designated booking system or by directly contacting Sears Counseling. 3. Rescheduling Policy: - Clients can reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through the designated booking system for any available time slot. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the start time must be coordinated directly with the provider and is subject to availability within the same calendar week only. 4. No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: - If a client fails to attend a booked appointment without canceling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be forfeited with no refund. - If a client wishes to reschedule within 24 hours of the start time but there are no available times within the week, the session will be forfeited with no refund. 5. Payment and Refund Policy: - All services must be paid in advance. - There is no cancellation fee, but if a session is forfeited due to a late cancellation, no show, or inability to reschedule within the week, the client will lose the credit for that service, and credits are unable to be refunded. - Credits obtained through monthly memberships must be used within 30 days of purchase and do not roll over to the following month. - Unused sessions are not subject to refund. - Clients are responsible for managing any recurring subscriptions and automatic payments. Neglect to cancel or properly manage auto-renewals will not be refunded. - Duplicate purchases or services made directly by the client and not by error of the booking program are unable to be refunded. **6. Responsibility:** - It is the client's responsibility to adhere to the booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies outlined by Sears Counseling. - Clients are responsible for any actions related to their appointments, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, and payment management. Note: Sears Counseling reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
